4. Users may not publish or otherwise use this website to defame, libel or otherwise slander or bring into disrepute any third parties.

5. Users use this website at their own risk. We cannot be held liable in any way for any loss, misunderstanding, trades or any other aspects of a user's use of this website.

6. A specific case in question would be Classified Ads and other advertising where we cannot be held responsible for any responses received, communications entered into or actions which are directly or indirectly an outcome of placing an advertisement or responding to an advertisement on the website.

Notes regarding the trade marks and trading names.

The Valencia Trader actively protects its business trade marks "Valencia Trader" and "ValenciaTrader" both online and offline (e.g. printed). Websites and email addresses that in any way pretend to take advantage of the value built up in our trade mark brands will be actively persued within a legal framework.

The Valencia Trader has a team of contributors, editors and salespeople who have helped to build up this aspect of our business and who rely on the success of the Valencia Trader. for their sake, and for the sake of the owning business (exentric thinking S.L.) we are obliged (as per our company policy) to follow up ALL cases of abuse.

In addition to the Valencia Trader brand, we hereby advise that the following are also marks of exentric thinking S.L. and brand abuses will similarly not be tolerated:

We hereby declare that all of the above are in use either as active trade marks and/or trading names of exentric thinking S.L.

Since June 2005, we have been seeking to set up franchises of the Valencia Trader around Spain using the above trading names and domains - please contact us for more information.

It is company policy to actively protect the above trading names to safeguard the income and activities of those who work for exentric thinking S.L.
