Altea has been given a period of ten days to resolve the situation created by an Urbanizer, who has placed an industrial warehouse for building materials right in the middle of the Belgian Residential luxury estate in the Sierra de Altea.

The complaint was originally brought by the residents committee in 2004 and was thrown out by an Alicante court. This latest decision is the result of an appeal. Now, Altea Town Hall will have to either force the removal of the warehouse or undertake procedures to legalize it.
