Work Stopped

Following a decision by the Coastal Council and the Ports directorate of the Valencian Government, all work has been stopped on the enlargement of the Campomanes Port in Altea after several ecological lobbies including the World Wildlife Fund issued official complaints to the effect that rubbish was being thrown into the sea to form the basis for the port extension.
