Villa Aldrea is a luxury two storey villa with master bedroom and ensuite upstairs along with a private terrace for sunbathing or sitting to watch the sun go down. La Cala is a prestigious development at the top of Cabo la Nao.
The villa has a pedestrian and a drive in gate with large off street, secure, parking area for up to 5 cars. You enter the villa from the driveway up two steps onto the extensive pool terrace. The entrance to the villa is via either the doors to the lounge or the kitchen area. Stairs lead from the dining area upstairs to bedroom 1 with ensuite and private terrace, large enough for two sunbeds and room to spare. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are downstairs, one double and one twin. The downstairs bathroom, with bath and separate shower, washbasin and wc. All the bedrooms have ample built-in wardrobes. All windows have protective mosquito nets, and most have security blinds. The lounge has a wood effect gas burning stove which is safe behind a glass front, and satellite TV, DVD and video machines, along with a selection of dvds and videos for your enjoyment. Double glazed doors lead to the pool terrace, with table, chairs and loungers. The dining area leads to the newly fitted kitchen, with extractor fan, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, microwave and American fridge/freezer, with ice and water dispenser. The terrace comprises a covered areas set out for dining, with a purpose-built barbecue/summer kitchen, sun loungers, and shower for the pool. Stairs lead down to the garden.
The pool is 10m x 5m with a sloping gradient from 1.5m to 2.5m, with walk down steps so you can sit in the water comfortably.
A short walk away up the road is a protected cliff walk. The supermarket is about two minutes drive, and behind the supermarket is a recreation area with tennis courts, a pool and café. The nearest restaurant, a walk away is the popular Trencall, and a little further away, but still within walking distance is the wonderful Riu Rau. The sandy Arenal beach is about 10 minutes drive, but there are other smaller beaches closer.
The internet is provided free with the accommodation, but telephone calls made will be charged at the end of the rental period and taken from the deposit.

Air conditioning is not in the villa, but with the ceiling fans and mosquito nets, this is not necessary as the windows can be safely left open during the day or night.
