Lladró - The City of Porcelain

LLadró craftsman at work (please visit www.lladro.com)

The Lladró City of Porcelain allows organised visits to the world famous Lladró  workshops.

The distinctive style of Lladro sets it apart from other ceramic figurines.  The famous Lladro figurines began life in 1953 when the Lladro brothers made their first creations in Valencia.

The workshops where the Lladró sculptures are made are located in Tavernes Blanques, just 10 minutes from Valencia City Centre. They invite you to go and visit The City of Porcelain and witness the process of their creations.

Free guided tours of the museum are available in various languages, which need to be booked in advance via their website on by phone.  The tour includes the history of Lladro, manufacturing process and an exhibition of the works of the current catalogue.
