GP2 Series World Championship
GP2 Series World Championship takes place at Ricardo Tormo, Cheste on 29 and 30 September 2007.

GP2 racing involves running at speeds a few seconds slower then F1. Identical machines go head to head with compulsory pitstops to hot up the running order. Ground effect maximises overtaking possibilities as GP2 cars have no traction control or power steering. A challenging, skillful and physical sport.
The best Spaniard this season is Javier Villa, who with his two victories is seventh in the general classification. The Valencian Borja García is eleventh followed by Roldán Rodríguez, while Andy Soucek has not managed to score so far. To be highlighted from amongst the Campos Grand Prix racing drivers is the Italian Giorgio Pantano who is fourth in the general classification at just one point from being third. In terms of teams the Campos single-seaters occupy the fourth position just behind iSport, ART and Super Nova.
The price of general Grandstand tickets is 10 euros and 30 euros in the case of Grandstand Boxes. Under 12s enter free of charge and members of the Circuit Members' Club will have the opportunity of purchasing two tickets for the price of one. Entrance tickets can be purchased by telephone at Servientrada Bancaja 902 11 55 77, through the Internet in www.circuitvalencia.com and in the commercial centres of El Corte Inglés throughout Spain.
