High Speed Home Connection
We install internet and telephone services from a home with a single PC to offices with 100+ PC’s and telephones.

In this leaflet we describe the most commonly installed system for a single PC and a telephone service for home use or a small office.

We recommend the Tooway Satellite system.  It’s incredibly reliable, which is essential when your property is in a remote area.

The hardware consists of an external dish and the internal modem.  The modem is 20cm in height so is not conspicuous. The PC is not supplied as standard but can be if you wish.

The Tooway unit provides fast satellite Internet connectivity suitable for the single user or small groups of users, and we have tailored our packages to reflect this.

How to decide what you need
Contact us and we will advise you on the best and most cost efficient packages available designed exclusively for your needs.  Once a solution is chosen we can install usually within 1 week. It takes less than a day to install.

Subscriptions
Once your equipment is installed, you have a choice of connection speeds.  There is no contract; the subscription is payable 3 months in advance.  If you start on one plan then find you need more or less bandwidth then you simply change your plan at renewal time. It’s as easy as that.

As this is a pay as you go service, if you do not need a connection (when the property is empty for example) then the service can be restarted at any time by contacting us. A reconnection fee of 1 month is payable.

Telephone services
Once you have the internet in your property we can add telephone services as required.
You can use Skype if you wish; we can supply all the hardware necessary and configure the software for you.

Support
We are available during normal office hours to answer any problems or questions you may have by email or telephone.

You will have an online QOS (Quality of Service) web page to monitor your usage and speeds on a daily basis.

Most problems are resolved over the telephone or by email, but if there is a problem we cannot resolve this way we will come and visit you resolve the problem as soon as possible, usually within 3 working days, however, it is extremely rare to have a problem requiring a site visit.

We also supply Sipura VOIP telephones and analogue adaptors (when you want to use a normal telephone), where you can have a choice of US, UK or Spanish telephone numbers as required.
 
All systems must be connected to a UPS/Surge/Boost unit to make sure that your hardware is safe from any lightening strikes or electrical problems that may occur.  Ideal for all properties especially generator or solar powered.
