Swimming Pool

Set in attractive countryside with grapevines to the rear of the property and abundant orange groves outside the property. The property is set in the grounds of the owners garden of orange, lemon, olive, pomegranate, nispero and fig trees. There is an ample pool with outside shower and a lovely enclosed traditional paella kitchen and BBQ which includes inside seating or outside on the patio.

Bedroom

The spacious bedroom consists of double bed and large double wardrobe or single beds can be provided if preferred.

The bathroom consists of shower, sink and toilet and bidet with bathroom heater.

Table tennis and mountain bikes are available.  Bed linen and towels are provided and changed weekly.

The Area
There is ample parking for the property but if you prefer to forget about driving, we are easily accessible via the train from Valencia airport and will gladly collect you from the local station. The local station is L'Alcudia de Crespins and is also only a short walk so you can hope on a train to Valencia and enjoy the sights including the Art and Sciences and Oceanografic with their stunning architecture or stroll along the dry riverbed in the Turia gardens.

Valencia also hosts numerous fiestas including Las Fallas in March, La Tomatina in August and many local fiestas including La Foguera in January with the ceremonial burning of a huge ornate bonfire which has been painstakingly prepared. Not forgetting also the Moto GP in November and the Formula 1 in the streets of Valencia in August. There is always something to see or do. More locally we have the historic castle in Xativa which is only a time minute drive of 5 minutes on the train. Xativa also has mainly bars and restaurants and in August holds it's Feria Agost (August Fair) and Nits Castell in July where there are regular concerts set in the floodlit grounds of the castle at night. A short drive takes you to the village of Anna where they have a boating lake, picnic area and wonderful underground spring with waterfall for swimming. There are many lovely sandy beaches only a 40 minute drive.

Property is a large one bedroom but can accommodate up to 4 people.   A welcome hamper of essential groceries is included with bottle of wine and beer.

Prices from €250 per week, depending on number of persons and time of year.  Minimum stay is 2 nights.
